By using the Service, the Subscriber agrees to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. Account registration
To access the Service, you must register with a valid email address and create a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account.
By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, or are acting on behalf of a legal entity you are authorised to represent.
4. Subscription plans and pricing

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is issued for the remaining period.
The Provider may terminate your account with immediate effect if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to using the Service for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes third-party rights.
7. Free trial
The Provider may offer a free trial period to new Subscribers. Trial details (duration, limitations) are communicated at registration. Upon expiry, the account automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled during the trial.
8. Service availability
The Provider aims for continuous availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance. The Provider is not liable for interruptions caused by unforeseen technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages, or force majeure events.
9. Intellectual property
The Service and all its components (software, design, content) are the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider, except for open-source components. Subscribers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for their own business purposes only.
10. Limitation of liability
The Provider is not liable for the accuracy of data entered by the Subscriber, the legal validity of invoices issued by the Subscriber, or damages resulting from data-entry errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider's total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by the Subscriber in the relevant billing period.
11. VAT and tax compliance
Bizonylat.hu is designed to comply with Hungarian VAT and accounting regulations and the NAV Online Invoice (Számla) system. Subscribers are responsible for consulting qualified tax and legal advisors regarding their own obligations. The Provider does not provide tax or legal advice.
12. Privacy
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes shall be resolved first by negotiation; failing that, the courts with jurisdiction over the Provider's registered address shall have exclusive competence.
Consumer disputes may also be referred to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
14. Amendments
The Provider may amend these Terms at any time with at least 30 days' notice by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
15. Effective date
These Terms are effective from 23 June 2026.
