Automatic invoicing via REST API
The fully automated invoicing flow:
- Buyer places and pays for an order in your webshop.

Do webshops need e-receipts from September 2026?
If you sell to private individuals and previously issued paper receipts, yes — e-receipts (e-nyugta) are mandatory from 1 September 2026. If you already issue e-invoices to all buyers, that satisfies the obligation.
Can invoices be issued automatically for every order?
Yes. Via the REST API, your webshop can call Bizonylat's invoice endpoint on every paid order. No manual steps required.
How are foreign currency orders handled?
Bizonylat supports EUR, USD, and other foreign currency invoices. The HUF equivalent is calculated automatically using the NAV exchange rate, as required by Hungarian VAT law.
